What is ESME Junior Enterprise?

ESME Junior Enterprise is a non-profit organization formed and managed by students of the different degrees available in the Business Management area of Deusto University of San Sebastian (ESTE). This Junior Enterprise also has students from the Communication area, that study at the same university.

The idea of creating a Junior Enterprise was proposed by Javier Miner, current teacher of the university, who heard about a junior movement that started in France and its expansion in Spain.

Founded in 1988, the main activity of the Junior Enterprise is consultancy with the knowledge students gain in one of the most prestigious Spanish Business Universities.

We, members of ESME, don't get paid economically. However, our will to learn, interests and initiatives make us cabable of performing a great number of xternal projects with brilliant results, developing managment tools at the and meeting the requirements of the customer.

Due to the fact that it's a non-profit enterprise, ESME offers lower prices than its competitors in its services, which are guaranteed by the teachers of the University.

Vision.

The vision of ESME Junior Enterprise is to lead the Junior Enterprise, with our effort, into a Junior Enterprise of reference throughout the country
at long term, being source of motivation, professional experience and enterprenourship among the students of Deusto University.

Mission.

At short term, we will work hard to improve and develop the abilities and knowledge of the students of Deusto Univeristy to take part in the Junior
Enterprise, offering a first contact with the labour market, in an active, positive and a trusting environment.

Human Capital.

The fundamental pillar of our initial compromises is our system of assests (based on our human capital) and a culture based on the COMPROMISE of our members, the WILL TO LEARN, to WORK IN TEAMS and INITIATIVE, that make this kind of organization possible.
